What to Expect:

A Visit to our practice will begin with a warm welcome upon arrival when you check in with our receptionist. At this time you will complete any necessary paperwork, if you have a dog they will be weighed in on your way to the exam room. Cats are weighed in by your Veterinary Technician in the exam room.

Once in the exam room your Veterinary Technician will inquire on what prompted your visit and take note of your questions and or concerns. As well as taking your pet's vitals.  Once completed this information is shared with the Doctor and at this time the two will return to the exam room.

The Doctor will examine your pet and go over your questions and or concerns.  Depending on your visit and the diagnosis the Doctor will then discuss with you their recommendations for treatment and further diagnostics if necessary. Once this is discussed your Veterinary Technician will return with an estimate of the costs of treatment, medications, and or diagnostics and will clearly explain your estimate to you. Once you have reviewed and have made a decision and chosen which treatments and or diagnostics you wish to have done, we will begin treatment and or diagnostics.

Once all is completed depending on your visit the Veterinary Technician and or Doctor will return to go over any additional questions you may have, along with any special instructions which may include prescriptions of medication that you may have to administer to your pet. Once your questions are answered and you have an understanding of any special instructions and or prescriptions you will then return to the reception area at which time you will make payment for the services rendered at that time.
